If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us via email: support@myauthorera.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right!
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance. <3
